The Brain & Body Boost™ 4-Week Series for Seniors is a fun and supportive program designed to strengthen brain health, mobility, and confidence through simple Neuro-Fitness activities. Over four weeks, participants learn gentle brain-body exercises that improve balance, coordination, memory, and focus while supporting emotional well-being. Through guided movement, rhythm patterns, posture work, and cross-body exercises, seniors discover easy routines they can practice daily to stay mentally sharp, physically active, and socially engaged. Personal Training
Brain & Body Boost™ Personal Training offers individualized sessions designed to strengthen both physical fitness and brain health through targeted Neuro-Fitness exercises. Each session combines personalized movement, balance training, coordination drills, and brain-engaging activities to support mobility, focus, memory, and overall well-being. This one-on-one approach allows exercises to be safely adapted to each individual’s ability level, helping participants improve strength, confidence, and mental sharpness while staying active and energized.
