Gentle Coaching Support

Personal guidance for families who want calm, clarity, and connection

Sometimes resources are enough. And sometimes it helps to talk things through with someone who understands.

That is why I offer gentle coaching support for families who would like personalized guidance alongside self-guided resources. This is not therapy, it’s a calm space for clarity and reassurance.

My coaching is grounded in decades of experience in movement, neuro-fitness, and working alongside families with uniquely wired children. And did I mention, I am the proud owner of a uniquely wired brain... So I get it!

A typical call with me will include you sharing your concerns, my listening, reassuring, and guiding you. I may recommend some helpful resources that I feel will help you. I am here for you and we arein this journey together.

Before you make any decisions, I would love to offer you a Complimentary Discovery Call with me to see if and how I can help you. Please use this link to book your complimentary call.
